What is the use of the contribution?
- Recipients
Who is the recipient of the grant?
- Applicant
Legal person: attach statutes, corporate, last audited financial statements and annual meeting minutes
Individual: Describe the organiser, the activity and the social security number.
Name, street address, ZIP code, organisational or personal number, daytime telephone number, e-mail address.
- The grant requested
Indicate how the contribution will be distributed, how it will benefit the recipient, indicate the amount, lump sum or an attached schedule.
- Distribution of grants
Indicate how the contribution will be distributed to the post office account or bank account. Who is responsible to control that the grant will benefit the recipient. Indicate the amount of administrative costs paid by the contribution. In which name is the aid distributed to the beneficiaries?
- Other donors and the total funding?
What other donors are there to the proposed project and what amount to they contribute? Enter the total for the entire project and a timetable for the current aid project.
- Reporting
How will the project be reported and accounted for Tolvskillingshjälpen?Is there a plan for how the project will be followed?
- Other information
