§ 1 Objective
Art.1.
The Association's purpose is to support long-term development projects of children and young people in distress throughout the world, with the help of money collected from companies and employees/individuals. A small part of the money (not more than 5% of the collected resources) can be awarded to minor projects for children's education and development.
Art. 2. At least 80% of the collected resources shall be used for the purposes referred to in art. 1, over a period of five years.
Art.3. The Association is free from political and religious values and is thus party political and religious untied.
